Hi, I’m Andrea Black - RHNI’m a Gut Health Nutritionist and Certified Yoga Instructor. I have a background in science working as a Laboratory Technologist in molecular biology. I have a keen interest in digestive health and have spent years researching these subjects in order to heal my own health conditions. I have come to learn that poor digestion and intestinal health are at the root of many chronic health conditions. I work with clients in order to help them to optimize their gut health and overcome or better manage their health concerns. I use education to empower my clients so that they can truly understand what is going on at the root of their symptoms and motivate them to take control of their own health.
