Our inspiration: Our love of fishing and foraging in our backyard – the beautiful oceans, shorelines and forests of Tofino, British Columbia. Our passion: Cooking and sharing this fresh food with friends over a couple of cocktails, a craft beer or a glass of wine. Our goal: To share our definition of ingredient-driven Tofitian cuisine.
